  • “This week we had our roof replaced by Cadmus Construction. Our contact was Bailey Shey Morris, President/Owner. After a roof inspection it was found that there was some obvious hail damage. Bailey Shey contacted our insurance company to provide pictures and set up an inspection by them. Once their inspection was done they approved replacement. She worked with our insurance company from start to finish. Bailey Shey sat down with us to discuss the full scope of the project going into detail about every aspect of the replacement. We were impressed by her experience in construction and professionalism. She was here on site off and on all day and her Project Manager and crew worked extremely hard under very difficult conditions...extreme heat and some rain. When the job was completed the area around our home was left spotless. The roof looks beautiful and we were very happy with the results."

  • “Professionalism, courterous, and friendly are some of the words I would say... an understatement is a definite of those words. During the project, Bailey maintained true professionalism and keeps in contact with you via e-mail, texts, and/or phone calls. Bailey's response time is less than a day even if she is busy with other projects at other peoples' houses. Can't recommend her enough. Bailey would personally inspected my roof and gave a very thorough and detail report of the damages sustained by mother nature (hail for me). If you worry about contacting insurance, well you can stop worrying for there. Bailey would sit with you and talk to your insurance for you; she basically did all the work where I just had to sign paperworks to receive and send funds and give permission for her to do the work. Bailey DID ALL THE HARD WORK WITH INSURANCE!!! Bailey would patiently sit with me and explain to me all the documentations and help me pick out colors of the shingles; and she would answers any questions in between. During the roofing fixation, Bailey was personally there and kept me up to date of what is going on and sent me pictures while I was at work. The finishing of the roof was beyond what I imagined and highly HIGHLY recommend any and all of people I know to her. She and her crew finished installing my new roof even before I got home. Even after the roof is completed, Bailey still personally contacts you and check up on our satisfaction. A HUGE mistake if you choose someone else other than her in my HONEST opinion."
